Learning objectives are concise statements about what candidates will be able to do when they complete the Candidacy Mentorship Program. These objectives form the basis for your work as a mentor. Well-defined and articulated learning objectives are important because they: provide candidates with a clear purpose to focus their learning efforts; direct your choice of instructional activities; and guide your assessment strategies.

Candidates use the member portal to submit learning objectives to the College and document their progress.
